What do you name a post about Niagara Falls and not make it sound ultra lame? It's impossible.
On a cloudy, rainy but relatively warm day in Toronto, I jumped on a bus tour and headed towards the border to check out the ultimate in cheesy tourist destinations, and also the ultimate in radical waterfall goodness: Niagara Falls.

What to say about Niagara? Everyone knows about the place. Massive waterfalls, lots of touristy crap, and it's pretty cold in winter.
Lots of people don't realise there's two sets of falls, the U.S and Canadian ones, split by an island in the middle of the river. Naturally, the Canadian ones are the wicked ones, called the horseshoe falls cos of the shape.
