Getting Stoked is proud to introduce the Revelstoke A-Team for the next four months, the cream of the crop of the southern hemisphere, making the journey north to make Canada a better place.

Paz and Stu are representing Australia and Croz and Jesse are bringing some New Zealand to the party, and, like our Power Ranger forefathers, when the A-Team combines, awesome, destructive monsters happen.

Name: Jesse
From: New Zealand
The low-down: Sorry ladies, he's taken. Bearing flowing locks and a knack of posing like a statue whenever the camera is around, Jesse is often called 'the Kiwi Adonis' but is perhaps better compared with David Hasselhoff, as he is often sighted strutting along the beach, breaking out into love ballads.

Name: Croz
From: New Zealand
The low-down: A pint-sized snow-warrior, Croz was once - quite poorly - compared to the pink Power Ranger. Stronger than Wonder Woman, smarter than the Wicked Witch of the West and more snow-savvy than Snowoman (yes I made that one up), Croz is bringing fashion to the slopes this year with a purple - yes, purple - downie.

Name: Paz
From: Australia
The low-down: An unkempt man by nature, Paz is the flannelette eco-warrior, out to pick up a piece of litter near you. Often described as green Power Ranger meets Mr T, this green machine practically bleeds Canadian powder, despite more closely resembling a Mexican drug-runner.

Name: Stu
From: Australia
The low-down: Often compared to Inspector Gadget, both for his gangly arms and ability to save children from imminent disaster, Stu is the author of this blog and will be providing you, for better or worse, with stories over the coming months. Born the same size as any other baby, Stu seemingly kept growing when everyone else stopped, resulting in him being the central subject of Roald Dahl's book, the Big Friendly Giant.
